medium sized potato - 3 (300 gm)
butter – 2 tsp
fresh cream – 1 tbsp
warm milk – 50ml
salt and pepper – to taste
Cut into half and cook the potatoes in salted water with their skins until they are soft.
Melt butter and add cream together in a sauce pan, mix and add milk and keep it aside.
Drain off the water and remove the skin of potatoes. Mash the potatoes in a bowl with the help of potato masher.
Add the butter , cream, milk mixture into the mashed potatoes, and stir them well, then add salt and pepper to taste.
Mix altogether with a spoon .
