flour /maida - 1 cup
garlic - 3-5 cloves
finely chopped greem chilli - 2
few mint leaves - chopped
few coriander leaves - chopped
chat masala - 1/2 tsp (optional)
ghee - 2+2 tsp
salt - to taste.
Serves - 2
Steps to follow:
Divide the dough into four equal sized balls.
Take all dough balls and roll it in dry flour.Roll the dough balls into round shape parathas.
Heat tawa and cook the parathas both sides nicely apply ghee finally and serve.
Soft and yummy garlic chilli paratha is ready.
Serve with pickle or chutney.
