Chilli parota - Indo Chinese


Ingredients:
Shredded parota - 5 -7
ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
finely chopped onion  large - 1
finely chopped tomato large - 1
chopped green chilli - 2
chopped cabbage - 1 cup
chopped carrot - 1 cup
chopped capsicum - 1 cup
soup cube - 1(optional)
chilli powder - half tsp
pepper powder - half tsp
light soya sauce - 1 -2  tbsp
Chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
oil - 4 tbsp
salt - to taste
to garnish - chopped spring onion - 4 tbsp

Steps to follow:

Heat oil in a pan add chopped onion,green chilli  and saute well. Add gg paste and again stir well, leave it for 1 minute.

Then add chopped tomatoes and salt to taste. Close and cook for another 2 minutes in a low flame.
 Then add all chopped carrot,cabbage and capsicum  and mix well.
 Close and  cook for another one minute.
 Add chilli,pepper powder and mix well.
Add shredded parotas, soya sauce,chilli sauce and mix well.
 Garnish with chopped spring onion.
 Mix and transfer to the serving bowl or plate. Enjoy the tasty chilli parota.
